Phantasm CS to attract VAT |

Phantasm CS, the acclaimed Adobe Illustrator® color control plugin will have Value Added Tax of 17.5% applied from mid-March. Any purchases made before then will be charged without VAT. This change is due to the company formation of Astute Graphics Limited which is VAT registered. The change will affect customers in the following European Union countries:
A VAT invoice will be issued upon purchasing the software. Sales tax registered companies within these countries will be able to reclaim the VAT amount. Customers outside the EU or those EU countries not listed will not be charged VAT.  Phantasm CS is available for Windows® and Mac® running Illustrator CS, CS2 and CS3.
