Drawing with a Graphic Tablet, typically a Wacom device, allows the vector artist a bunch of advantages such as acceleration of the illustrative creation process; Ease of drawing as compared to drawing with a mouse, the correlation between the line width and the pressure on the stylus, and, finally, the creation of a more natural and unique style graphic.

In this tutorial we will learn how to create wallet icon using simple techniques and objects. To round the corners of multiple rectangles, we will be using the Dynamic Corners Tool, part of the (VectorScribe plugin), which is much easier to use and accelerates our work.

It is also very convenient to use Phantasm CS for processing of raster textures and creating of vector textures. This technique will be discussed in this tutorial. Besides creation of a purse, we will also draw the credit cards and the technique used to recolor these with the help of Phantasm CS.
